  2. Great to be here, I've just started re-aquainting myself with the many different varieties of nuts and sees, and have definitely seen an increase in energy, less sugar cravings and longer nails!

  3. @Zainab1 - I've never had Brazil nuts or Hazel nuts so I'm definitely going to try these two.

    @Amanda - Hi Amanda! "longer nails"?...Now that you mention it, I've definitely seen better nail growth since I've incorporated more seeds and a few more nuts into my diet.
